Automating batch of UniExtract

I use Uniext and your plugins extensively and would please love to know how to set the configfile or commands upon executing to:

automatically overwrite or rename etc. everything it is extracting in the batch.
Would really allow me to not "babysit" until its done extracting everything in the batch.

@Golferguy: Both extraction and export functions overwrite existing files by default in umodel. Aside from that you question is probably about using batch scripting in general (cmd or powershell versions), rather than program specific options.
