Importing UT1999 Models Into Blender

Hello, I've been trying to export UT1999 models into blender, but they've been exporting as .3d files and .tga. I'm a little lost and any help would be appreciated.

@Bageldorf: I suppose 3d is native format, compatible with old unreal editor. If you need format compatible with blender, it should be additionally converted with something like U3Dbinread (for example from here).
