I want to decompress tihis file(from Mass Effect 2): BioH_Vixen_00.PCC
So i have done this with decompressor:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Mass Effect 2\BioGame\CookedPC>decompress -out= BioH_Vixe
n_00.pcc
Loading package: BioH_Vixen_00.pcc Ver: 512/130 Engine: 3607 Names: 4257 Exports
: 8075 Imports: 878 Game: 8003
BioH_Vixen_00.pcc: uncompressed size 11515769

And this mean that the file is decompressed? Or something else?

Sorry for bad english.

Your "-out" options is strange - output directory is empty. Most probably your file were extracted into root of current drive (C:).
The syntax for "out" option is
Code:
-out=C:\SomeDirectory
