Use specific build for the game (link, updated) - no special override is required, simply choose proper engine version. If you're a newcomer, check this post before launching the build. Most things should work, except for facial animations, as they're animated via morph targets. Some materials are custom.

Update: Specific build is updated with a few fixes for some animations.
Update 2: Specific build is updated with another fix for animations.
Update 3: Specific build is updated with fixes for some static meshes and animations.
Update 4: Specific build is updated with the fix for some static meshes.
Update 5: Specific build is updated with adjustments explained here.
Update 6: Specific build is updated with the fix for gltf export of some animations.

@Maxmaxtree: You're using official umodel build, while you need to use specific (custom) build for this game, like mentioned above.

@Iaen2000: umodel doesn't support modern third party and native audio formats, used in most UE games nowadays. You can use other tools for it, like fmodel, but they have their own specifics for such games, which is out of scope of this forum.

@wumoxh: Thank you for the report, both those issues should be fixed now in the updated build.

P.S. I accidentally broke things and for some time a build with other issues was available for download before link was removed for revision and replaced with correct build. Make sure to re-download current build just in case before reporting other possible issues.

There is a problem with the texture of the skill machine.
I'm not sure if it's just this model, but what could be the problem?

@kamelot: This mesh contains two UV sets and one of them is scaled (you can preview UVs by pressing Ctrl+U and switching between them with "U"). Such things can be handled properly only in third party tools, like in case with custom materials, so it's not an umodel issue.
