Its 2025 but im still modding Blacklist. RN im stuck trying to unpack PEC-Main and PEC-ADV umds. Using unumd.exe does not have any effect (other "compressed" umds extracting normally, but PEC-Main is already "uncompressed"). Is there any possible solution? Also some info - the UE Explorer got update with Blacklist support so we can now see structure of .u files (echelon.u, core.u etc).
