Thanks  Smiley

btw: for anyone looking for some character assets, try extracting the SFXPawn Packages which are also named after the enemies ( Nemesis, Centurion etc ).

as for naming conventions HMM and HMF is used to identify male or female assets, probably everyone figured this out, just mentioning it to save time searching stuff  Wink

Try to look in Biop_ProNor packages. As i understand, in Mass Effect 3 all non combat animations are no longer stored in regular packages (such as biog_...). They have been moved for performmance optimization i guess.

Is anyone else getting super small textures from most of the packages? I'm looking at the textures in SFXPawn_Trooper right now, and they are all really tiny (mostly 32x32 pixel) and I've noticed this in quite a few other packages as well.
Anyone have any idea where the full resolution textures are?

I think you are missing out textures.tfc, try putting umodel into the cookedpcconsole folder and extract again, or copy the tfc files to the package location

ah ok, you were right.  When I moved the files from my origin folders to my umodel location I only took the pcc files. went back and got the textures.tfc and it works great now. Thanks a ton Smiley
