'Flipping' the X and Y axis when mass exporting / importing.

Hey all.

I'm using Gildor's tools to help me and a friend back port a ton of his maps from Unreal 3 to Unreal 2004 and Postal 2. For this we are trying to make life as easy as possible.  I've got it to the point now where I can use Umodel to batch rip all the models out of the map (all assets are withinin the .ut3 file), then I use the excellent 3DS max batch converter to make them all .ace files.  So far so good!

From there I can rebuild the packages in Unreal 2004 / P2 and as long as I keep the mesh names the same I can copy and paste the entire maps over and it keeps the mesh placements which is fantastic, but one problem.  All the meshes have their X and Y axis flipped ('Mirrored').  While I can go into the map and then apply y-1 and x-1 ect to each meshes drawscale, it would be nice to avoid this long task.

Any ideas?  Am I doing something wrong maybe?
