Arabic Translation for Batman Arkham City

Can Any One Guide Me How To Make Arabic Translation for Batman Arkham City .. I did every thing possible but it look like squares .. many of unknown sympols .. why Arabic is so different Unicode and fonts .. please help .. thanks

It looks like the game font does not support the arabic characters. If i were you i dig the engine looking for the main fount in order to change it for one that does support arabic.

I found it in fonts_en.upk .. but I don't knows how to extract upk archives and edit it and repack it ..
