Thank you for your advice. I don't have troubles with finding ANY job in game development - I'm periodically getting offers via linkedin from recruitment companies and from game companies themselves. But I'd like to find a job which will let me to work in area of my interest, plus make my family happy at new location. I've got an offer to join Elite team some time ago, but that offer implied to relocate to Canada, to sea-side city. I used to work at Ubisoft Reflections which is located in North England, and the climate there was too cold for my wife. The offer in Canada was about relocation to city with even worse climate ...
