At the absolute end of my tether here. Does anyone have any idea how to extract the weapon textures? I've exported every single map and I simply cannot find the textures for the weapons the player uses, only enemy ones.

All weapons on screenshots are textured. Did you open files from the game installation directory, or just copied a bunch of files to "special directory"?

I copied all the .blk files into the Maps folder(as said in another thread on this board) and extracted the models from the .bsm's from there.

EDIT:

It seems from that picture gallery's directory info that the weapons are stored in the ShockGame.u container. I must have been looking in the wrong place.

I think you've forgot about .bdc file, it's essential for Bioshock. You should open files directly from the game directory to avoid similar problems.

I wasn't forgetting the .bdc file, actually. I was just extracting the wrong archive. It seems that pickup and weapon models are stored in the ShockGame.U file instead of the levels like level models.
