Is it Possable to Extract UPK off XXX on GOW3 or GOWJ

Hi To anyone that can Help I am making well a GOW video and I am trying to use all the meshes in all Which work fine but too much time to build Mats and Animsets in all that .. Is it Possible to Extract the UPK off of the .XXX files in GOW if so that would make My work so much Easier then UDK can just open the whole UPK Source like UT3 in UDK ..Please let me Know and if so How to do it.. Thanks

So the Umodel Program can Extract everything off the .XXX and UPK but cannot Extract the full UPK file source ,That sucks a lot of work for me then ...thanks for the reply

There's no "upk source" inside xxx files. That's like you'll ask for extraction of PSD image from JPEG.
