X-MEN: Destiny - any chanse?

Is there any chanse this game to be supported? It uses U3 engine, according wikipedia:

I  can send files if needed.

its a modified unreal engine with stolen code according to the courts

I don't think this game uses UE3.

By the way you could check whether this game uses UE3 or not. All I said is just an opinion, not the real information.

Sometimes wikipedia is wrong. For example, it says that "Too Human uses UE3" (really it uses some home-made engine) and that Bioshock uses UE3 (really it uses UE2).

I checked the files with umodel, and tryed even hack into them with a hex editor. The file types are unknown to me:(. Ofcourse i tryed everything before  I asked for help here:)

Too human and XMen destiny are from the same company. silicon Knights . Their engine is built on UE3. They recently got sued for using the code and were ordered to destroy all their games.

I have a look at Too Human. It has nothing inside from Unreal engine, it uses completely different engine.

they probably used parts from the U3 engine w/o permision to build their own custom one. If you want i can send some files. When i decided to explore the game i found all 3 versions of x-men: destiny - xbox, uii, ps3.
