Attaching Head On Models From TERA

Is it possible to attach the head onto the body? Specifically about Tera models from GPK. There are no bones for the head but the texture is there and I'm able to attach the body together to get something like this https://imageshack.us/a/img811/7075/tera.png but I can't seem to attach the head Undecided
