don't know if this is the right place for this or not, but i was told to ask about this here since Devil's Third runs on UE3, the game is exclusively for Wii U, i would be able to do this myself if it was for PC, they claim a multiplayer version will be coming to PC sometime, but it won't have the campaign like the console version with all the story mode models, i'm only wanting the main character from the game, anyone able to help with this at all?

Yeah, its running UE3.
You can export the models using the PS3 exporter. the textures are glitched though.
If gildor wanted to try and make support for it, here are the files. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-_qEmTmE8rna1pTSDJ1Y1lrRVk

According to Wikipedia, there's a PC version of this game - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil's_Third
Is that correct?

Anyway, I can't work with WiiU or PS3 executables, but can work with Windows ones. And it is quite possible that the engine used between platforms is the same, so if Windows version will be supported, WiiU files could be opened too (of course unless they are encrypted in some way, like PS3 does).

Devils third was released in open beta in japan, its using Nexon so I'm not sure if you can do it.
Here are the files anyway.

Only 3 files are useful in this archive: core.upk, engine.upk and startup.upk. Everything else is useless. Also, there's no game executable there, only some "launch.exe".
I've tried to run these packages. After some minor modifications to the UModel, I've got an error informing that packages either encrypted, or have custom compression. I can't deal with that without having valid game executable file.

Why some people always name any single-player game "client"? ... Smiley

because you added compatibility with the PC-Online-MMO like version,
not the WII-U Singleplayer one (as i initially expected).
btw. WII-U version is not encrypted. Umodel works for meshes, maybe animations but not for image format.
tga files are corrupted.

Yeah, some of the models work on wii u.
sometimes it comes out like this.

but yeah if you check zlib you have a chance to get lucky with a model.

http://dto.nexon.co.jp/ Sadly the game won't work outside of japan (tried with VPN and other things)
But you can rip the (MMO) models from that.
