The second step I put weapon PSK import UE2 And save for the UKX

Its because of lineage 2 skelmesh structure, if it loads like old format skelmes, it doesnt link up weapon to the hand bone, so only way to fix that is to make weapon skeletal mesh structure same as original, or tweek some options in .dat file that correspond to what attachment to use (LOD, Skeletal).
