Depends Table

Is anything known about the Depends Table and what information it holds?  I've checked your code and you don't do anything with the data.  It seems that Blade and Soul has started to use the table.  Some upk files have actual values in the data rather than all zeros as of the latest update.  Also, it seems the export object Serial Data Offset and Serial Data Size are either no longer encrypted or use different encryption (this only applies to the file that has actual Depends Table data in it).

Sorry, I have no idea about depends table. I started working with it some time ago, planned to use the data. But found that cooked games doesn't have depends table data and stopped any research.
