WARNING: ByteProperty "UAnimSequence4::RefPoseType" was not found
WARNING: ObjectProperty "UAnimSequence4::RefPoseSeq" was not found
WARNING: NameProperty "UAnimSequence4::RetargetSource" was not found

1. Most likely you're working with UE4 animations in a wrong way. Check UModel's readme, or use "Help | Tutorial Videos" in UModel's menu. Look for "Working with UE4 assets" video.
2. These warning messages says that the animation you're trying to open is most likely additive. It won't work anyway.

I see you're working with partial game data. Probably something got missed. Both skeletal mesh and animation requires a "skeleton" asset (and it should be the same for mesh and animation.
Check the log for "missing package" messages.
