You cannot open this model in 3ds Max fully textured automatically.
To be exact - if umodel will show model textured - you can. But if not textured - you should make materials manually.

But i exported this model with your umodel, and the textures too, but if i see this model in your umodel then i see it's NOT fully textured. I think that is the problem, with exported textures too becuse are not fully! Just in Unreal Editor :S

Umodel is not too powerful to display all material types, especially for games with customized engine.
I think you have not read my previous posts. Try to view material in umodel!

I will not download this game just to test one mesh.
Link deleted.

Start umodel using this command:
Code:
umodel Arena_Textures RezSpires
Umodel will show you RezSpires combiner material. Then press <M> key, you will see material structure, you will see all used textures.

Also you can view material in UnrealEd:
http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/MaterialTutorial.html
http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/MaterialsCombiners.html

I offer you to read UDN topics, because all your problems are from lack of knowledge of UE2 basics.

I have been reading this thread, It is very clear that John has not read anything from UDN. Gildor's site is not really for N00bies, Making requests before understanding what's possible and the capabilities of uModel, is extremely insensitive and wasteful of Gildor's time.

I recommend that if you have questions like these that you do them privately. I further recommend that you and other N00bies read everything on this forum and UDN before attempting to post. 99.99% of your questions have already been answered and your laziness is very annoying and distracting Gildor from truly important work. Gildor has not answered this in this way, as he is too humble and giving of his time.

I'm not English too Smiley I'm Russian. But we must speak English to understand one another.

Anyway you should read UDN - it's better than I can explain you what to do. Of course, sometimes it's easier to watch a tutorial video, but there is no tutorials for this (at least I don't know exact links).
READ UDN despite of your "bad English" Smiley All answers to your questions are there.

Good luck.
