First is static and second is character, pressing ctrl-a loads animations that works too

i saw your link to this cool looking game and went there but couldn't find a way to download it
all i saw was a download of "God soldier legend"

Tried to get page translated from chinese to english (but quite a bit of the text are pictures) so having problems.

clicking on that HUGE http button in the middle starts the download, at least for me, in google chrome it works perfectly

I'm only using UEViewer to take a look at models (maybe notify someone on facepunch to port them to garry's mod if good models) so I have no experience in helping to get it to work again but seems this game doesn't work with UEViewer anymore or atleast not 100%. Some textures do show some dont and the meshes hardly show at all. I can's see the model but I can use ctrl+a to select animation and play them. If anyone could help Gildor so this works again with UEViewer you have my thanks

If umodel is not crashed then everything is ok.

That's not a bug. Umodel uses heuristical algorithm to determine meaning of textures used in materials. It's correct for 90% of cases, but fail in other 10% (like here). To display materials exactly like in game I need to reimplement major part of the umodel. I want to do this, but have no time for this.
Press <M> or <I> key to change visualization mode, it will not let you to see the material, but will reveal the mesh.
Also you could try <Ctrl+G> to change OpenGL mode, possibly this will show you more of this mesh.
