Hi,gildor,recently I find that all UE2/3 games' psk file cannot be imported properly to 3d Max,but in the Viewer models are fine and UE4 psk can work fine in the Viewer and 3ds Max.

All meshes appears fine to me. UModel can't export normals into PSK format, so may be you should weld vertices. Or may be you have some settings which makes such flat-shaded appearance (I'm not Max pro so I can't even suppose what's wrong you're doing).
