Not with UModel, unless game changed data formats in "compatible direction".

I've spent 2 hours trying making this game working. No success - there are some changes in SkeletalMesh which aren't understandable without digging deep into game's executable file.
Regarding ripped models, there's some "third-party" ripper in Russian thread (see last post on the first page):
