UModel build 1082 - PNG support

With new UE Viewer you can export textures using PNG format. This feature is disabled by default because

a) TGA export is much faster
b) historical reasons - most people are using TGA pipelines for years

To enable PNG, you should select texture export format in Export Options dialog window, or use command line option "-png".

ActorX Importer for 3ds Max has been also updated for possibility to look for PNG image files as well as TGA and DDS.
(Please note that I didn't test my changes in 3ds Max script, so it is very welcome if someone will tell me that it works or not)
