SDL2.dll problems

I have a problem with UE viewer. Every time I try ro use the program I get this message "The code execution cannot proceed because SDL2.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
I did re install, or I deleted the files and unzipped them 3 times, same error. I looked at the forums and searched if other people were having the same problem. I saw a recommendation to try different versions. I have downloaded a different version. Same message.
What am I supposed to do? Is there an installation file or process?

Where did you get umodel? I suppose, not at my site?

What is your site? and if you do have one can you send me a link, with instructions for installation ?

This is a source code site. It is not supposed to be used as installation. To use it for umodel installation, you should be slightly more "advanced". The right location for download was posted in previous message.
