Question about Gildor's Patch

Hello,
I am currently using L2UKX to build animated meshes and it works good so far, however the whole engine is kinda outdated and it's missing some critical functions like the full animnotify ones. So when I build a model I can call animnotify from engine and it compiles without issues but if I try to open that .ukx again it gives me critical error because the engine does not have those classes in built.
Is there any way to fix that? Does Gildor's patch contain those functions?
