All works fine - including meshes, textures and animations - with the latest umodel build (1585 at the moment). Most materials are custom. The game is built with "frozen index" pak format, unsupported by umodel, so you need to extract assets first with official unrealpak tool from 4.25 engine - for example, you can grab it from
this topic ("Alternative tools for paks" section).
For better materials support use specific build from
this topic, just don't forget to use game specific override and set platform option to PS4 as well. You can also disable shaders with Ctrl+G to remove some glow effects.
