AES keys: in the same place as usual (link)

Thanks for checking, but actually the game is using 4.26 and you don't need specific build for it, if proper engine version is set.

Everything works fine - including meshes, animations and textures - with the latest official umodel build (1587 at the moment).

Gotcha! I was honestly kinda confused at first, I used 4.26 in UModel and it worked, but another application I used showed 4.27.
I'll update the main post with this as well as pointing to the official build.

I'm currently looking at an optimal way of getting the paks for future updates, as well as how to find the GName etc (completely new to this, so will take a bit). I'll update with more findings as well.
