Can't figure out how to change animation rate

Hello! I'm using the latest umodel, and I see a rate of animation, but I can't figure out how to change it. I've tried many combination of keys both documented and undocumented (Found some cool features I didn't even know existed!) but nothing on changing the rate of an animation, faster or slower.

@Aurorans: umodel doesn't have such function. It can be done only externally in some other software.
