Read "Known issues (UE5 full release)" and you'll get the rig and the animations

Can you give more detailed instructions? I followed the instructions and tried to load the skeleton into the model but I couldn't

I'll try:
Let's take as example the char inside the folder Character -> CP080
- Load the model inside the mesh folder
- press O -> skeleton folder -> right click the skeleton.asset file in there and choose "append"  **
- O again -> animation folder -> choose you anim/anim, right click, append.
- Press Ctrl+A and you should have everything loaded.

It's important to first append the skeleton and then load the anims, not the other way round. After you ctrl+A you can still add other animations with the append option, you don't need to append skeleton anymore (unless you load another mesh).

**I think that most Playable Characters share the same skeleton, which should be under the CP00 folder or something like that, if the animation is "funny looking" the skeleton may be wrong and you may need to find the right one.

Ive tried your method and it does not seem to work. Using a notible one is CP_010, this does not have a "Skeleton" folder. When trying to use one from "Common/Skeleton/Human_skeleton.uasset" it does not seem to bind or "append" I tried many variations of your methods and none give me anything workable. I even tested CN_020. I was able to get animations to dump to .psa but when trying to apply psa to psk it throws errors about bone counts. Id really appreciate a little help on where you got the base skeleton and how to correctly append. You mentioned skeleton.asset but there is no such file call that. Thanks!

Main trouble looks like : this mesh have already his skeleton, but ue viewer don't see it even you trying to append it in same model ( trying to append other skeleton not work).
On previous screen it is seen 155 bones. No other skeleton asset pak file not contain i think.(My screen)
Only way it wait to final release or i dont know something.
Hope someone will find a solution or explain how to solve the problem.

I read somewhere that cursed clash dlc update uses acl compression for animations,  which is why when i  load any model into umodel 5.1 / 5.0 it doesn't read the skeleton and says warning no skeleton found.

i have an acl compression format umodel reader but it only reads upto 4.25 plus, meanwhile jjk cc uses ue 5.1 / 5.0 versions

any ideas or solutions anybody has? i assume the solution is to modify this current ue 5.0 reader to read acl compression.

Hello, I was trying to get the animations for the player characters of this game and came on this topic. I have downloaded the latest version of the UE5 Umodel version from the linked topic but it seems that the player characters skeletons are still not "seen" by umodel. As stated above the CN models have a skeleton folder but the CP models dont. If you extract the CP mesh asset it does have a skeleton but I guess umodel can't recognize it. I see the last message here indicates the animations maybe encrypted so maybe it's all moot anyway. Thanks in advance for any guidance
