@bahuy02: In this particular case it seems like the animation is additive one. Also all games by Supermassive (even though port was not handled by them) are using animations in particular way like they're adjusted by global coordinates to be placed in certain point of a scene, that's why in many cases meshes will be all over the place in the viewer. It's possible to focus on mesh by pressing "F" after changing animation, before playing it.

What exactly?
Animations? Read 2nd link in spiritovod post, you need to search and "Append" the right skeleton then you'll be able to load animations.
Textures? It's written in spiritovod post that they're all virtual ones and are not supported by umodel.
