Your game path contains spaces (inside Program Files) so you must enclose full path into the double quotes. Spaces outside the quotes are treated as parameter delimiters, so the tool is trying to scan directory "C:\Program" instead of "C:\Program Files\Gunslayer Legend\Game".

Ah I see! I was sure I was making it wrong, lol. Here:

1) files.rar has only core.u and engine.u, 2 other files are - link to exe (not executable itself) and startup.int file (not package).
2) I've checked your logs and see no problems - umodel is not crashed. What's wrong?

What do you mean with "link to exe"? You mean path or the client?

Startup.int (not udk package) http://www.mediafire.com/?71lqc1c32t1f5ax

About umodel.. I don't know..? I usually use umodelGUI because I like seeing what I'm gonna extract. When I load a package from this game and try to open mesh/texture I get this error. I use latest version of umodel..

.lnk file, "shortcut".

I mean - I needed startup.upk, but never mind - it looks like I don't need anything from this game, it should be already supported.

The log you have posted above has no errors, only notification messages. Try to open packages in viewer mode - I'm pretty sure umodel window will appear and you'll be able to browse content.

Viewer mode? I have to to write something in "addictional args" or something? (sorry for my difficulties and thanks for your patience!)

I've never used GUI, but probably you have to uncheck "export" option if this one exists.

Uhm nope, no export option to uncheck. It's weird, I've never experienced something like this in GUI with supported games  Sad usually I write command lines in Additional args when it's needed (like in B&S case)

Screen (I don't know if it could be useful, but just in case) http://i50.tinypic.com/vrgh3n.jpg

Just tried the GUI. Doubleclick on item will open umodel in a viewer mode. Works both for package (click on the right pane) and separate object (left pane).

Doesn't work for me, if I doubleclick (right and/or left) still same error. If I check the "-notex" option I can open meshes, but can't load the textures.

StaticMesh files open, but not SkeletalMesh files (unless I check the command) and no way to open/export textures..

So, I've checked that package by myself. Skeletal mesh and animation are working already. Static meshes state is unknown (this package has no such meshes inside). Texture format were changed. To support it I'll need the game exe.

... still same error ...
the error message is:
Code:
ERROR: assertion failed: size >= 0 && size < (256<<20)

appMalloc:size=-32 <- FArray::Empty <- TArray::Serialize:0/0 <- UTexture2D::Serialize <- LoadObject:Texture2D'AH_Tree_BOSS_Yin_SF.Av_Boss_001_Clothes_N', pos=73B02B, ver=812/0, game=8000 <- UObject::EndLoad <- UnPackage::CreateExport:AH_Tree_BOSS_Yin_SF.upk:219 <- LoadWholePackage:AH_Tree_BOSS_Yin_SF <- Main
you did not posted it in your crash report.

I'm confused.. I obtained a different message (the one I posted).. oh well.

Exe -> http://www.mediafire.com/?1mtzzepcacax5qm should be the right one this time, the shortcut (with all these weird names I got confused)
