MK9 XBox 360 Umodel Command WIndow Error

Im trying to extract from MK 9 But Im having trouble, first i use "umodel -export -noanim CHAR_Kano.xxx" It gives me an error.

What am I doing wrong?

there is no -lzxd command, remove that "d" at the end

I did that that doesn't work.
This is what is says when I use umodel -lzo -export -noanim CHAR_Kano.xxx :

I think you should add -lzo option instead of -lzx.
