Unfortunately GOW 2 files stopped working since the version of UModel 01.09.2009, probably GOW 1 present this error but I have not verified yet.

The exception is:

******** D:\GOW2\GearGame\CookedXenon\GearGame.xxx ********

ERROR: lzxd_decompress() returned 3
appDecompressLZX <- appDecompress <- FUE3ArchiveReader::PrepareBuffer <- FUE3ArchiveReader::Serialize <- TArray::SerializeSimple <- UAnimSequence::Serialize <- LoadObject:AnimSequence'GearGame.AnimSequence', pos=CC0000, ver=575/0 <- UObject::EndLoad <- UnPackage::CreateExport:D:\GOW2\GearGame\CookedXenon\GearGame.xxx:55686 <- LoadWholePackage <- Main

Appreciate a fix or solution to this problem

Thanks!

Hmm strange, I am using umodel version dated september 11 2009 15:33 and everything is working fine with all the GOW2 packages I have tried. Tried 6 different packages (including GearGame.xxx) as test with no errors, including no errors with viewer or export.

I have tested GearGame.xxx by myself - everything works correctly. May be your file is corrupted?

Hi,

Strangely and for no apparent reason all my GoW2 files were damaged and that was the cause of the error. Extract the .iso again and everything is working properly.

Thank you very much for your help and quick response.

Have a nice day.
