Hello,
I've found a problem with BnS animations import. Not all animations has this problem, only those with this setting in config:

Code:
[AnimSet]
bAnimRotationOnly=1

Preview of the problem:

It should looks like this:

As you can see the problem is in the translation. Do you have some idea how to fix this problem?
When i'm trying to use translation "Use from AnimSet", it looks like it doesnt have root bone.

Thanks!

Did you try this animation inside UModel, also with different translation modes?

Yes i did, its the same as in 3ds max. I just need to import it in the center with working root bone.
This problem has just models with this anim set as i wrote in last reply:
Code:
[AnimSet]
bAnimRotationOnly=1

I can't do anything with this then. Everything works as it should. Possible reasons of the problem:
1) this animset was created for a different model
2) animation settings are wrong and set up in some different way - you may try to edit .config file for animation in attempt to make it better (very advanced task, you should know what you do)
3) this game has something customized in animation system
4) may be a problem with umodel, but this is very unlikely - in most cases everything works as it should.

Try to remove .config file and import animation again. This is the case #2 - "animation settings are wrong".

Thank you for your answer. Animation is made for the model. I tried to change animation setting according to working animations, but nothing. I think the problem will be in the animations.
Really thank you for your help.
Have a nice day!

ive the same problem and cant found way to solve it ..

trying to increase the scale of the bone I get a fluid animation but parts of the mesh are deformed due to this ..

I suppose the problem must come from there

we would greatly appreciate the help as it happens with most monsters of bns
