I have this weird scanline esque, green filter over the everything. How do I fix this?

I remember a topic with similar issue, but there was no particular confirmed solution. It may be an issue with integrated card or video drivers. If you're using a laptop with two cards available, try to force usage of different one with umodel, or update drivers.
