Game: Omega Strikers (steam page)
UE version: 4.27 (previous versions) / 5.1 (current version)

All works fine - including meshes, textures and animations - with the latest umodel build (1587 at the moment). Some materials are custom.

Update: Latest versions are mostly supported in specific build from this topic, except for materials. Batch operations are not recommended, or at least they should be limited to particular folders.

The game is updated to UE5 in the recent patches, 5.1 to be specific but animations don't seem to work.
Umodel Materials UE5 fixed 20, throws out this error: Serialized FString is not null-terminated.

I provided some files incase anyone wants to take a look:
(Removed)

Hope this game can be supported,

@WollieWoltaz: Most things except for materials works fine with the mentioned build, if you don't use batch operations on the whole package. I've updated the first post accordingly.

It's not the first time I bumped into this - apparently UE5 games can pack editor assets along with cooked ones, some assets from before engine upgrade and such. As result, you may have for example a few UE4 assets in UE5 game (not sure if they're even used), while you can only enforce single engine version for currently loaded assets. That's the point of limiting scope of batch operations to particular folders, so you don't bump into related issues or unsupported assets.

Thanks. Append load animations seems to work.
