The demo has been released for First Access Club Members.

Apparently this game uses a heavily modified Unreal 2.5 engine.

I'm hoping that UE Viewer will be able to support this game!

I've got a demo and took a look at it. This game will not be supported because it uses too much customization of the Unreal engine 2. This game looks funny, but not a "bestseller" to waste a lot of time to it.

I would have to agree with you about not a bestseller. But to bad umodel won't support this game.

If it's any consolation 3d ripper should work.

Bro Duke Nukem is a cultural icon. Even though it may not be a best seller
some people have been waiting decades to get it. It's sad that they modified
UT2 so much. I guess they were to cheap to buy UE3.

This game were changed its engine a few times. I think the last one was switching to UE2. Porting to UE3 were too expensive, that's why they've decided to improve UE2 in order to get what they want.

Sadly not if you try and use the launcher, it crashes the program if you try and launch.  Has anyone tried this with a 32 bit operation system with 'system monitoring?'.

I'm gonna give noesis a go, but I just skimmed the read me and it seems like it does not support the export of UV mapping if I understood it right, I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Oh and as it's my first post, I'd just like to say Большое спасибо to gildor for a great app.

Thanks!

And I was talking about 3D ripper.  I know Umodel will not work with it but that's all good. I've only just discovered Umodel and what a great program that can be used for many legitimate means. For example we have an Unreal 3 server which we are getting some self made weapons on, and altering the hud icons for them for MP games was proving to be rather hard because for some reason the Hud icons package was locked down.  But Umodel (sorry, UE viewer Tongue) had the key!

Use Noesis. Right now it pretty much can pull everything from DNF except static meshes (yet)

http://www.richwhitehouse.com/  (authors website)

EDIT:

On August 5th, Rich decided that he probably wont have time to further develop any DNF tools.

HOWEVER! HE released all the code info he has up to this point.

Gildor, I dont know if you would be interested in looking into it, but for what its worth its right here: http://www.richwhitehouse.com/index.php?postid=65  (the coding info is in comment #85, near the bottom, by him, Rich Whitehouse)

Looked at the code (those from comments). There is no use of unreal packages at all Smiley
