Using fmodel and unreal mapping dumper I managed to extract the textures. All textures are OK I think.
The meshes though, I could only export them as .uasset, cant export them as 3d models

could the uassets be encrypted?

I dont know, you might try to open it in Unreal engine, I think.
Anyway, with ninja ripper and Fmodel, I managed to rip all the meshes and textures.
Kinda sad I didnt even use UE viewer for any of the steps, feels like its getting outdated and abandoned

I dont know, you might try to open it in Unreal engine, I think.

could you show me how you got ripper to work?
cause it didnt work for me and i want to get ajax

Iam going to rip them all anyway, goddamn my ADHD.
That said, a lots could go wrong when you using ninja ripper, did you put the d3d12.dll in the win64 folder? Did you use the right setting? What NR version did you use?

Here is Ajax. All raw files. You just need to use the newest io_nr_import from the import folder of ninjareaper, and use blender 3.3.6.
Files>Import from local space(T-pose) and remember to check "get textures coordinate from world space" and "remove duplicate"
You will have to plug in the textures yourself, it should be simple, there are face textures, helmet textures and the armor textures. Rest are just recolor of the basic armor and the "unfinished project" ultimate armor.

Sorry but ajax files alone is half a gig compressed, all of the character combined is like 12 gb in size. Couldnt upload that much with my dorm's internet.

I'd suggest to discuss things which are not related to umodel usage - like third-party tools for ripping contents - via PM or at least create separate topic, because such things are out of scope of the forum in general. Also posting complete packages or semi-full rips like the above is not allowed here, unless a game is already out of service.

Anyway, game specific override is added to respective build, it should work for all meshes from latest beta version. They've downgraded some parts related to skeletal meshes to UE5 pre-release state, despite the engine upgrade. But like Ehlyon said above, general limitations are applied regardless. For more info see my base post on the first page.

I tried to export the mesh from game using Umodel_material.zip and aes key. The texture can be exported but it gets fatal error when i try to export meshes.
