Help! How to extract model & texture from XBOX360 DVD?

If I only have XBOX360 Game DVD(<Gear of Wars>, <Lost Lost Odyssey >) and Umodel,Can I extract model & texture?

My English is not good,thanks!

I`ve downloaded a "Gear of wars 2" ISO files,Use X360FExT only extract 4.62MB files,It seem be video

DVD files ,WHY?

How to extract other hidden packages.

The ISO have be test by some fans.can run on XBOX360.
