I'm only doing special updates for PC version of Fortnite. Mobile version - I even don't know if it is on the same engine branch as PC version or not (most likely not). Try using different engine versions, may be that'll help.
I altready tried it but nothing change :/

So i tried an other tool, it extracted uasset file then i extracted the uasset file trought umodel and i got tga file, thats really cool, i can edit skins right now but how to import this to the game ? Please help me @gildor

Sorry, i didn’t knew, so i have an other question, i have a .dds file but i want to export it .ubulk file, can i do it with umodel ? If not how can i do it ? Thanks for answering

If you need ubulk, then the process is called "save package", not "export".

I can save an ubulk file from a pak file, this is not a problem, the problem is : i have a dds file and i want to get an ubulk file, umodel seems to unpack ubulk files but can it repack ? Or are they any way to get an ubulk file from a dds file ? Thanks

Sorry if i can’t explain my self correctly, my english level is not soo good, i don’t ask much, just wanted to know how to get an ubulk file from a dds file

let me explain you what i am doing and what i want to get,

so i extracted .uasset file trought umodel (as i know .uasset file contain .ubulk .uexp files) so i got a .tga file, i edited this .tga file and now i want to get .ubulk file. i tried unreal engine but it give me .uasset file and .exp file but not an .ubulk file.
