Hmmm ... You've found this site in some way, and you've got (old) umodel somewhere?
Can you see re green round "home" button at top? Press it, then look at menus at the left side of the page.

Does anybody know where the animation file/psa? I find some but it's not working. I find a lot of file that I think it's contain animation but can't be exported.
Btw, all psk model can be extracted

I am sorry but when I try to export animation inside Motion/MS ,
It's shows

ExportObject:Skeleton'basepose_0000_Skeleton' <- ExportObjects <- ExportPackages <- CUmodelApp::ShowPackageUI <- Main:umodel_build=1034

its can be add to load set to other model but just can't be export to psa

The bone name is too long, it doesn't fit psa format.
You may export it into gltf format if you know how to work with it. That format has no restrictions.

No way. Bone names are too long. Shrinking them means losing of part of the information, and then you'll face another issue: "2 or more bones has the same name".
