Hi. UE Extractor can't extract files with too long pathes (https://puu.sh/Ab4TA/9e9ec6d660.png). When i extract if from root i get more extracted files from .upk, but not all because paths still remain too long. Can you fix it gildor?

Unfortunately this is Windows OS restriction.

Maybe you can add an option to extract files by ID or sequential number (ex. 00000067.SoundNodeWave, 00000068.Texture2D etc) without directories for that cases?

This advice breaks purpose of the extractor (for me). What's the reason of using this tool for you?

The reason is to extract files and sometimes to modificate them. But for now in this game i can't even extract all files that i need.

Usually people asks "how to extract things", getting answers. Then after a few days, they asks - "well, I've extracted and modified things - how to put them back to game?", and very surprised with answer "no way" Smiley

That’s true, but not in this case, I know how to put modified files back and have at least three ways to do it, so only thing that I need is extraction (I guess it’s a purpose of ue extractor). So if you can make an option to extract files by their id or sequential numbers (with extensions to use filter option) it would be really awesome.

I don't think I'll do that. If you have some skills with programming, you can make changes which you want by yourself, I can help you with pointing at relevant code pieces.
