Does umodel have a batch export option or do you still need to use a batch file?
How far can you go up the folder chain? Could I export the entire character folder?
There were 2 options: watch my recent video, or try yourself. Why asking?

Thanks, Gildor. I'm embarrassed to know that there is a video that explains this. I've been using umodel (UE3 only) for so long that it didn't occur to me that the videos might have been updated.
I only have access to a laptop right now and it is sloooow. I've run QuickBMS twice, with the same results both times, and both took a loooong time. It seems to work, but when I compare the output to what the actual game files show, the bms version is missing some files, mostly skelmesh.

Here's a pic. Got some node groups as well i made to help out but im missing some things like detail tiling textures via ID maps. If you want the blend file i can send that over if you like. Includes the lightsaber and BD-1 as well. Can you share the blend file to me please ? I can't extract the eyes textures

Sorry if this comes off as a stupid question but: Does this mean that if I use the BMS script first, I'll be able to view the heads that cause crashes (or at least extract them)?

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1X9LZBDHfjX_S78I48lpRh8TzSkJpLtGe/view?usp=sharingBlend file for Cal and BD-1(Cal is hidden by default i think) Will need to extract textures yourself seeing as there is a lot and they take up a lot of space. EDIT: Umodel can read the extracted uasset files if you point it to the folders you extracted to instead of the game paks.

Hello. Has anyone had any luck exporting or extracting the game audio other than voice-overs? I can't seem to export any music or sound effects/environmental sounds through umodel, and using the quickbms / unreal_tournament_4.bms method I was only able to find the voice-overs out of all the .pak files. I am a bit of a newbie at this stuff so perhaps I am just doing it wrong, or looking in the wrong places.
Thanks for any suggestions or guidance!

Sound effects are in the BNK files if you have those extracted. Music isn't but the wems for it are considerably larger than VO.

Think I found them, didn't do a thorough enough job looking through the .pak files last night I guess.

It may take forever. I'm not familiar with oodle and that library, so it will definitely take a long time. So I'm doing more simple things.
